Cancel or Editing your order

Once your order has been submitted, it goes almost immediately to processing and is then sent to the warehouse for shipping. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.

This means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order, including but not limited to:

  • Cancelling your order or removing items from it
  • Changing the colour or size of any items
  • Adding items to your order
  • Changing your billing or shipping address
  • Changing the payment method
  • Changing the shipping method
  • Adding or removing a gift card

If you'd like to place an additional order, remember that our shipping is free! If you receive your order and decide you'd still like to return it, you can create a return here!
